View Item Allocation w/out Edit permission

For me the quickest way to see how items are allocated is the "Reallocate Items" screen. I don't want my shipper to be able to change allocation, but it is helpful for him to see at times how things are allocated, so he knows why there is a back order, or why he cannot fulfill an order.

Is there any way I can give him "view" permission to this page? I'm sure I could come up with a search that would show similar information, but this would be much better.
