Special pricing for customers

I have customers who have special pricing for entire product lines from specific manufacturers. I am looking for a way to add these special prices to the customer's record without entering each item one at a time. I have 52 manufacturer/product lines and some of them have 100 items  so it can be tedious. Does anyone have any suggestions or solutions.
