Created New Serialized Items
We have never used serialized inventory and realized that this is necessary and should have used from the beginning. We are in the middle of a large project now switching over inventory items to serialized. We are utilizing importing and exporting because we have over 500 items that will be switched.
We are having a big problem with not being able to transfer the history from the old item to the new. Is there anyway we can create some sort of field on the new serialized part that will show the name of the old part and also be a link to the inactive old part number?
