Historic Inventory Valuation

Hi there.
We're currently using the 'Inventory Valuation Summary' report to give is the value of the stock physically in our warehouse at any date.

However, we really need to only value stock that can be sold - not all stock.
This report is using Qty on Hand, and we need Qty Available.

Is there a way to do this?
There isn't any obvious way to edit this report to provide this.
