Adding Inventory On Hand to Packing Slip

We send a custom Packing Slip (which we call an Order Notification) to our warehouse to notify them to send an order to a customer.  We only inventory one product. 

We would like to add a Quantity On Hand (or inventory count) field to the Order Notification, so everyone will be on the same page with the inventory count.  This packing slip doesn't go to the customer, just to warehouse personnel.

Is it possible to add an Inventory Count to the Order Notification?  If yes, how can I do this?

Is it possible to have more than one custom Packing Slip?  I don't see a Form field on the Item Fulfillment screen.
