Bin Transfer .csv import

Does anyone out there know if there is a way to mass update bin numbers? We are shifting large amounts of products from on bin location to another (over 100 items). I was able to import a .csv file to associate the bin numbers with each inventory item. I now need to transfer stock on hand to the new bin numbers, and then remove the old bin numbers from the item record. I'm hoping there is a way to do this as an import or mass update. Is this possible? It is going to take me hours to copy and
