Item on hand discrepancy
This just came to my attention today.
An item had an on hand and available quantity of 3 yesterday. An order was entered for all 3 as well as some other items.
The fulfillment indicates 3 of them on hand and 3 of them shipped. The invoice indicates 3 shipped. There are 3 still showing as on hand and available. The other items on that same order had their counts affected in the desired and expected manner. The only problem is with this one item. There were no inventory adjustments or item receipts done for this item. Also no returns or credits.
