Find Items WITHOUT Parent Co and Include Children

Hi -
I'm trying to create a search to find all items where the following is NOT the case:

Subsidiary = Parent Company
Include Children = No

"Include Children" in a Saved Search is an enhancement, so I'm trying to find a workaround.  The field "Location Available" seemed promising, but I am not getting what I need.

Can anyone help?
