Default Location on Work Order

Currently, when we create a work order it is defaulting to a 'location' that we no longer use, but has not yet been inactivated.
Is there any way to set which Location auto-populates when creating a work order without any custom scripting.  It seems like in setup there are multiple places to set default locations, but none of them affect the work order form.

Any help would be much appreciated!
