Average cost per location

Hi does anyone know how to get the average cost per location? Either by creating a custom field and using a formula or just referencing that value somehow? One of our locations is throwing off the average cost on a bunch of products and we only need to reference the avg cost of a specific location for another calculation in a custom field

The value is definitely there, its provided on the bottom of every item record (average cost next to each location)

Please help out - thanks a lot
