Vendor Scorecard...?

NS seems to be lacking in the area of vendor performance reports. Does anyone have any experience with saved searches creating results to evaluate overall vendor performance: Shipping Accuracy, Price Variance (PO Price vs. Invoice Price); Quantity Variance (qty ordered vs. qty received); On time Delivery (sum of initial PO lines received on time vs. sum of initial line receipts)
