Can I customize the Item Classification drop down?

If you go into an item record, at the bottom under the locations subtab there is a field called classification.  The default values in the drop down box is A, B and C.  Is there a way to modify that drop down list?  I have not been able to find it anywhere so far.  It would really help us sort out our 17000 SKUs for inventory purposes. 

Any help would be appreciated.
