Inventory Counts

Is anyone out there actually using the Inventory Counts feature for Daily Cycle Counts? I am somewhat dismayed that count intervals do not take weekends and holidays in to consideration, but I can work around this. The biggest problem is there is no way to print out count sheets for my team to use to go count items. How am I supposed to let my team know which items to count? When the do count the need form to write down what the count is? I could copy and paste the Inventory Count into Excel and then reformat it, but
