inventory adjustment worksheet behaviour

Item A was added on this worksheet with the following information:
Qty as of Date Above    -3 ( 25th March 2015)
Value as of Date Above    -19.56
New Qty                        0
New Value                    0

Item A received on 14th April 2015 quantity received is 250.

The inventory worksheet uploaded through import on 21st April 2015 ( backdating it to 25th march )

12 pieces have been shipped ( fulfilled ) between 15th April and 20th April for item A .

What should be the inventory status as of today. According to my calculation it should be 238 but System shows -3.

I have contacted support and they replied "This case will now be closed for now since this is a "How To" concern".
