Matrix Lot Controlled Item that draws from different item's Lots?

Is it possible to have a matrix/lot controlled item called: DRIVER100W (which is a component of a serialized assembly)

and three different lot controlled items, and each one of these has multiple Lots:
• DRIVERA
    Lot#A1
    Lot#A2
    Lot#A3
• DRIVERB
    Lot#B1
    Lot#B2
    Lot#B3
• DRIVERC
    Lot#C1
    Lot#C2
    Lot#C3

Each DRIVERA, DRIVERB, DRIVERC is a different manufacturer, but they're all the same wattage driver.

So, could DRIVER100W be given inventory detail of Lot #A3 or Lot#B2 or Lot#C1 even though those lots are assigned to different items?
