Receive Transfer Order to Alternate Location

With a Purchase Order, if an item is damaged in shipped and we want to quarantine it, I can simply change the location to my virtual quarantined location on the item receipt. This is also an issue for us with Transfer Orders however. I have this memory of being able to change my receipt location when doing a TO, but I can't seem to do it anymore. I'm not sure if I'm totally imagining it, or if there's some option I need to change to allow this. Any ideas?
