GoDataFeed connection failing

We use GoDataFeed. GoDataFeed pulls product data from NetSuite and inserts those items into places like google-Shopping. To set it up, we give them a NetSuite login and password. They use the NetSuite API to pull their item feeds every night at 2am. It worked for years, but has done nothing but fail lately.  Anyone else having this issue?
