Physical inventory- help

I run distribution for an online billiards company. We are trying to look at doing a physical inventory in our warehouse but Netsuite Physical Inventory worksheets don't break down by bins in location rather by items. I'd like to find a way to process inventory by Aisle at a time. Is there any way to do this in Netsuite? Any suggestions are welcome. Some details about the warehouse:

We stock roughly 2300 items.
We have over 27k bins in the warehouse but only about 2500 are active.
