Gross Requirements screen issue

We went live in February and are using the Demand Planning module. We have struggled with the Gross Requirements Inquiry screen functionality since day one. We have a master forecast that we load as a demand plan to generate item supply plans daily for fourteen plants. The planning is done in a central office for all of the plants. I have used supply/demand screens with many different ERP software packages in the past and have been very disappointed with the functionality of the NetSuite Gross Requirements screen.
