Matrix Item Group or Kit

This might be an e commerce question but I think if the product is setup correctly in NetSuite it will display correctly.

We have blank shirts we can customize.  I want to bundle a blank shirt (inventory item) with a customization (non-inventory item) but also do it so it shows sizes like the normal matrix function.

Currently if i were to create the Group or Kit it would show a product for each size.   There doesn't appear to be a matrix component to Item Group or Kit/Package.

Any suggestions?
