Inventory Audits

We are about a month out from our first Inventory Audit fully using Netsuite.

What has been the best way to perform these audits and have all inventory detail updated throughout?  We currently use bins and locations so inventory will need to be updated at their levels as well.

Are there any specific reports or item uploads that are used to make this a rather seamless and easy process when validating?
