Can't Save Inventory Count for Full Physical Inventory

Had a client do a full physical inventory at year-end. Most of their items are Lot Controlled. Several of these Lot Controlled items were at 0 quantity for both the Snapshot Quantity and Actual Quantity.

The Inventory Count transaction still requires you to fill out the Inventory Detail for these items, but it won't let you enter 0. The system won't let you save the transaction if all the Inventory Detail info isn't filled out. Is there a way around this?
