Automated Purchase Orders

We are a college campus store preparing to go live with NetSuite. Part of what my buyer has asked us to do is find out if you can automate a purchase order to occur when a product meets a particular minimum qty. We understand that you can receive a notification when inventory levels are low, but is there any way to automate a purchase order to restock those qty's? Note: We are only at the sandbox stage, we have yet to go live with NetSuite.
