Purcahsing 1 Case of 250 and stocking 250 parts

Hello, we buy 1 Case of 100 parts from a vendor. On the Purchase order we need it to show 1 case and when we receive them into inventory we need them as 100 individual items as we use them in work orders. I blieve this would be done through Multiple Units of Measure? If so can someone show me a screenshot of how they would set this up?
