Create Follow Up Phone Call when Opportunity Created
When a sales rep creates an opportunity, I would like to automatically create a test set 2 weeks in the future to make a follow up phone call.
This seems like a simple work flow. I made the record type of the workflow "opportunity" the trigger after record submit. Then the first and only state is to create a task with the title "Follow Up".
Anyone have any ideas what I am doing wrong?
