Recurring Event Problems

I've been having some problems sync'ing recurring events.  When I create an event in Netsuite, and have it recur every Mon-Fri (weekdays), then I sync to Outlook, Outlook is showing it as recurring weekly instead of every weekday.

Same thing happens when I create the event in Outlook that recurrs every weekday - once I sync, Netsuite shows it as occurring once every week.

Has anyone else encountered this? Is there a workaround?
