E-mail to case functionality
Hi
I looking to gather issues around the email to case functionality in Netsuite. We had wanted to use this for our support team but are unable to do so due to problems with the way the system handles case management. We have many issues around contacts that are "CC ed" on support messages for example.
If you have issues with email to case functionality then please reply to this thread. I want to group these issues together so we can present a more complete picture of the problem to Netsuite.
