Intellisync Contacts Issue

Hi,

Does anyone know how to fully uninstall Intellisync for Netsuite?
I know the obvious, Add/Remove Programs!
Basically, one of our Netsuite users has a problem with syncing his contacts with Intellisync.
He can sync Events and Tasks, but no contacts.
The error that appears is: "unable to retrieve application data".
This message appears in Intellisync.
I have reinstalled Intellisync, still get the same problem.
This did work before, but the users profile on his laptop got corrupt, so I had to create him a new one and since then, this error appears.
The only problem I can see here is that, Intellisync is keeping a file which is still linked to his old profile.
