Intellisync Upgrade
Did anyone else notice an intellisync upgrade last week. When I loaded Outlook on Thursday 30th November I got a system message telling me to upgrade Outlook for NetSuite. I was routed to my admin NS instance and had to download the new Intellisync exe.
I'm anxious to know whether there has been any fix applied or proposed to address the corruption that occurs if the synchronisation process is interrupted. At the moment this is a major factor for one of our clients who refuse to adopt Intellisync before this issue is fixed.
