Outlook Integration disappears for new users

Hello,

I have a machine that I know has Outlook Integration installed on it because somebody has been using it happily. However, when a different user logs on Outlook integration is no longer there.

Neither user has administrative access to the PC.

If somebody could help me out as I am very confused.
