Outlook Integration & Proxy Exceptions - Help! still no solution

Hi

To get Netsuite to talk to Outlook, so I can upload emails from Outlook to Netsuite, there is the Netsuite Outlook interface.

Due to the proxy or PoP/SMTP settings that we use to collect our emails on Hostway (an online email server), the interface between Outlook & Netsuite does not work.

We have to specify incoming and outgoing mail servers for our Internet accounts in Outlook (Pop3 & SMTP) in this format 66.232.128.###

Apparently, this stops the Netsuite interface to Outlook from working.

Netsuite support said the 'fix' is to add

*.netsuite .com    or      https://webservices.netsuite.com

to the list of proxy exceptions that in the following settings in Internet Explorer, as follows:
