Outlook crashes when receives focus from Word

This problem occurs on a new machine and is repeatable.  If I un-check the Netsuite for Outlook COM Add-In it works fine.  Please email me at esutton@engius.com if you wish to receive a PDF of the error screen-shots.

Steps to Reproduce
-----------------------
1 - Open Outlook
2 - Open New mail in Outlook
3 - Open an existing Word Document
4 - Select several lines of text and press Ctrl+C. ( Selecting text from Notepad will not result in any errors )
5 - Click on the New Outlook email.  As soon as the new mail window receives focus the error occurs and Outlook will shut down after sending the error report.  You do not even have to press Ctrl+V, simply click on the new mail window.
