NetSuite Icons in Outlook Sent Items Folder

I just installed NetSuite for Outlook and noticed emails in my Sent Items folder have a NetSuite icon next to them if they were saved to NetSuite.  Some of the icons are blue-green and some are grey.

What's the difference?
