Netsuite buttons

aaarrrggh.

I have had more probs with Outlok integration than anything else.

Managed to get buttons to appear in Sales laptop's Outlook.  Select an email.  press Save in Netsuite and get a confirmation dialog but then nothing happens.  Role has full on web svcs and outlook integration.  using latest client s/w.  nothing is disabled.  COM addin is ticked.
