Email address for email case capture set up
Hi
I am trying to follow the user guide instructions for setting up microsoft exchange for email case capture.
Can any one tell me the what the netsuite email address should be. the documentation states the following for setting up the netsuite contact in exchange.
"In the Internet Address Properties window, enter the address listed in NetSuite at Setup > Set Up Support > Inbound Email, and click OK. "
This does not exist in my administrator account and the only email address in support preferences is the displayed email address that we set up for case replies we send out.
