Intellisync not picking up contacts for 1 user but okay for another
I have read through a number of posts about Intellisync and am still looking for an answer. I have a user that wants to sync all contacts in the database on a regular basis but the sync tool is not picking up any new contacts.
When I run this as admin there are over 200. I can't see what needs to be changed as permissions and sync settings are the same for both. How can I enable a user to be able to sync all contacts regardless of who created them or which sync category they are in (incidentally I tried the mass update of all contacts to one sync category but no joy).
