Problems Installing Outlook Integration
I am running windows XP SP2 and MS Outlook 2003 SP3.
The program seems to download fine. There are no error messages however, when I open outlook the buttons are not showing up on my tool bar.
When I go to "Tools>options>Other>Advanced>Com Ad Ins" I can see the Netsuite integration ad in but it is not checked. When I try to click on that check box it will not save. It defaults back to unchecked no matter what I do.
My "IT" guy fixed it at one point in time but because he uses a chaotic "Shotgun" approach to troubleshooting he really doesn't know what fixed it.
