Calendar to Outlook not working (both ways)

All the other services seem to be working fine. In the original sync all of my old calendar events synced to NetSuite but I have been unable to get events to NS or those created in NS to sync back to Outlook.

I am running Outlook 2010, Office 365 and Windows 8. I have been told that Win 8 is not supported but it works otherwise.

I am also not the only one having the calendar not sync correctly. No one I have rolled this out to has been able to get it to sync new calendar events. I am wondering if it is an Office 365 issue.
