| Action Required: NetSuite for Outlook Switch to Token-Based Authentication (TBA) |
| This notice is intended for customer that have installed the NetSuite for Outlook SuiteApp. What is Changing? The upcoming NetSuite 2018.2 release enforces the unified concurrency governance limits per account in all production and sandbox accounts. The governance limits apply for concurrent web services and RESTlets and includes those used by NetSuite for Outlook. If you have configured NetSuite for Outlook using token-based authentication (TBA), the governance limits have limited impact, and you do not need to take any action. If you use NetSuite credentials in your NetSuite for Outlook integration, the governance limits may cause synchronization to fail and users may be required to enter their credentials repeatedly. |
