Outlook Experienced a Serious Problem with NetSuite for Outlook

After the most recent NetSuite to Outlook update the other day, one of our users has had to uninstall the NetSuite to Outlook app after getting this error:

Outlook experienced a serious problem with the NetSuite for Outlook add-in.  If you have seen this message multiple times, you should disable this add-in and check to see if an update is available.

We reinstalled everything and it is still not working.  Has anyone else seen this and if so, how did you fix it?
