Outlook Calendar Events by Date/Time Field
Is it possible to have NetSuite create an Outlook event based on an employee populating a date/time field on a NetSuite case?
We have two fields used for scheduling "next call back" or "next action" - employees populate a date in one field, and a time in another. Current state, we run a daily report on it to get back any action items for the day assigned to them. However, it would be nice if the moment they committed the change to the case it sent an updated Outlook calendar event so we can take advantage of Outlook alerts.
