Time information in date fields

Hi there,

is there an enhancement request for this or is this faced as a bug?

I cannot display any time in case messages for my customers and this is becoming very frustrating.

Also, I need a little help on displaying the case time information. A weird time is displayed, sound like wrong timezone. Can anyone help with this?
