Driver's SQLAllocHandle on SQL_HANDLE_ENV failed
I have installed the ODBC driver and OPEN SSL on Windows 2003 Server and just can't get it to work. I get the error below.
ERROR [IM004] [Microsoft][ODBC Driver Manager] Driver's SQLAllocHandle on SQL_HANDLE_ENV failed
I have tried installing Open SSL first then installing the NetSuite ODBC driver and vice-versa.
I am trying to make an ODBC query from an ASP.Net application.
I saw on an Oracle forum a suggestion that IIS needed full permissions for the temp directory. So I gave IUSR and IWAM full control. No luck.
Any Ideas?
