What is going on with the ODBC driver???? Your driving me nuts!!!
Okay, is it just me, or did we take three steps back with the odbc driver?
I was still having problems with driver version 10.1.0.238, which was an update after 2007.x was released, had ssl bundled in, and changed the port to 1707 just for fun.
So I check the latest driver download to see if there is a new version (which by the way is the only means I have to check if the driver has been updated), and low and behold it is a new version, namely 11.50.0.42618
But wait, there is now a new install note that I again need to install the openssl library, huh? So I do it as instructed.
