Tax Reg. Number (vatregnumber)

We are attempting to create invoices and accessing data through the ODBC.
I have checked all of the tables and cannot seem to find a table(s) that allow me to access the Tax Reg. Number(internal id: vatregnumber)

Is this field/value available through the ODBC? does anyone know which table to look in?
