ODBC Unable to connect to Power BI

When trying to connect Power BI to Netsuite using the ODBC driver I get the following message:
     Details: "ODBC: An error occurred but no ODBC error information was available."
I've tested the ODBC connection in Windows and it reported "Connection successful"

Any ideas about why I am getting this error?
