Bulk Merge Issues

We have a major problem with mail merging from NetSuite in that if we bulk merge the functionality is poor with the output being lots of files that you need to check one at a time and also the record of the bulk merge appearing in it's own tab. We are therefore doing the single letter at a time in order for it appear on the correct Messages tab but as you can imagine this is not going down wonderfully well with my end users. :mad:

All in all the mail merge is incredibly poor for a CRM system (I can't believe I'm saying this but's its worse than ACT!
