Campaign not sent again?

I tried to send a campaign last week and it was rejected because I now have more than 11,000 customers. I have set up a domain and entered all the details as instructed. I went back to the campaign that was rejected last week and changed the status back to execute and set the time to 8pm (GMT) tonight.

8PM has come and gone and none of the emails have been sent, is this because:-

1. I have not set up the domain properly

2. The system thinks that campaign has been sent before and will not re-send

3. I am being to impatient?
