Campaign Emails Not Sending to Group

I have set up a marketing campaign to send out marketing emails.  I have set up the email template etc. and have run a test to a small group but in the statistics the "Sent" column is showing 0 (even though the group has more than 1 subscribed member).

The event is showing that the event has executed.

Could this be down to a delay in the emails being sent (i.e. the event has started to execute but hasn't finished) or have i got a problem?
