campain not sent to all in group?
I made sure that all of the customers and contacts had soft opt-in before we ran the campaign. The group had about 2800 in it and yet only 932 emails were sent by Netsuite. Any ideas why?
Furthermore what on earth do we do now? We would have to manually create a list and go through one by one to see who Netsuite sent this to and who they didn't. Then resend it just to that group so we don't resend to the people it did go to.
